How to measure

Measure over light underwear. Keep the tape level and snug, never tight.

Bust Measure around the fullest part of the bust.
Waist Measure around the narrowest part of the natural waist.
Hips Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips.

Ailpein rebuilds an everyday piece with a tailor's logic. The matte velvet surface and the corset seaming that meets at the waist give the body structure, and metal zips follow those lines to become the only ornament on the piece. A hood and ribbed cuffs that close around the wrist keep the cold out, while the cropped length brings high-waisted trousers and skirts forward. It carries with the same ease over wide-leg trousers midweek and with a leather skirt and long coat at the weekend.
