Shipping policy

Hubblestone Limited Liability Company, trading as Svelte Chic, ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand on the terms set out below.

1. Processing

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days of payment being confirmed.

2. Delivery time

Delivery takes 8 to 12 business days from dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays in the destination country. Where a delay is expected, we contact you with a revised estimate.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping is complimentary on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge by destination.

4. Duties, taxes and customs

All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties, customs charges and local sales taxes are paid by us in advance and are included in the price shown at checkout. The carrier will not request any further payment from you on delivery. If a carrier does request payment, contact us and we will reimburse it.

5. Destinations

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

6. Tracking

A tracking link is emailed on dispatch. The first carrier scan can take up to 48 hours to appear.

7. Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. Where a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will reship it once at no cost to you.

8. Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel shows no carrier movement for seven days, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will replace the order or refund it in full.
