How do I place an order?
Add the piece to your cart, continue to checkout and enter your delivery and payment details.
You can order as a guest or create an account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed over an encrypted connection. Card details are handled by our
payment provider and are never stored by us.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars and include shipping and import duties.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we will amend or cancel it if the parcel has not been packed.
After that the order is in preparation, and the 30 days return window applies once it arrives.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum.
How long will my order take?
8 to 12 business days from dispatch, after 1 to 2 business days of processing.
Will I pay customs charges?
No. We ship Delivered Duty Paid, so duties and taxes are settled before the parcel reaches you.
Where do you ship?
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
30 days from delivery, with return shipping covered by us. Items must be unworn with tags attached.
What cannot be returned?
Swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, earrings, socks and tights, for hygiene reasons.
When will I see my refund?
Within 1 to 3 business days of your return arriving, then 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post it.

Which sizes do you carry?
XS to XL across the collection. Measurements are in our size guide.
Are the colors accurate?
Every piece is photographed in daylight with minimal retouching. Screens vary, so a small difference in
tone is possible.
Will a sold out piece return?
Some styles are reordered and some are not. Email us about a specific piece and we will tell you.
