Every order ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand with delivery, duties and taxes already included in the price shown at checkout. Nothing further is collected on delivery.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1 to 2 business days from order confirmation.
- Delivery: 8 to 12 business days from dispatch.
- Delivery windows exclude weekends and public holidays in the destination country.

Duties and customs
We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are settled by us before the parcel reaches you. You will never be asked for an additional payment by the carrier.

Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. You can also follow your order from our order tracking page.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not moved for seven days, or arrives damaged, email support@thesveltechic.com with your order number and we will resolve it.
