Svelte Chic wants every visitor to be able to browse, choose and order with ease, whatever tools they use to access the web. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across sveltechiconline.com.
What we do
- Every page can be navigated by keyboard, with a visible focus state on links, buttons and form fields.
- Product images carry descriptive alternative text, and videos are not required to understand a product.
- Text and interface elements keep sufficient color contrast and scale with your browser settings.
- Forms, menus and dialogs are labeled for screen readers and announce their state.
- Checkout runs on Shopify, which is audited for accessibility on an ongoing basis.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is a continuing effort. We review new pages and features against these guidelines before they go live and fix issues as they are reported.
