You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return or exchange it. Return shipping is covered by us.
How to return
- Email support@thesveltechic.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Repack the item with its tags attached and hand the parcel to the carrier.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging, and must be without perfume, deodorant or make-up marks.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, earrings, socks and tights. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or is not the item you ordered.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us it is inspected and processed within 1 to 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Tell us the size or style you would like instead and we will reserve it while your return is in transit, so the replacement ships as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Faulty or incorrect items
Email us with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
