A blazer with padded shoulders whose waist is built as a lace corset panel, worn with a narrow mini skirt in the same fabric. The wide lapel crosses over the bust and the corset panel fastens with three covered buttons. A long lace ribbon falling from the side of the lapel is stitched into the blazer.
