Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum. Duties and import taxes are included in the price you see, so there is nothing to pay when your order is delivered.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Ireland. We are not able to ship to any other destination at the moment.

Duties and taxes

All orders are sent on a delivered duty paid basis. Any customs duty or import tax is settled by us before your parcel reaches you. No carrier will ask you for an additional payment on delivery. If one ever does, do not pay it and write to us at support@fulges.com.

Tracking your order

Tracking is sent by email. If you have not received it within three business days of ordering, write to us with your order number and we will look into it.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is delayed beyond the stated window, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, write to us at support@fulges.com. We will replace the order or refund it in full, as you prefer.
